The following terms and conditions will apply between you and Fotoflite for the purchase of any item. These terms do not affect your statutory rights.

Acceptance of Terms and Conditions
By ordering a product from us you accept our terms and conditions. These terms and conditions are subject to change at any time.
Copyright
All images, content, materials, products, designs, and text contained in our website are copyright, and may not be copied, reproduced or redistributed in any way without the written permission of the copyright owners.
All photographs produced by FotoFlite are copyright and may not be reproduced without permission. Copyright is not transferred on the purchase of a photographic print or digital image, and purchase does not imply a right to reproduce an image without appropriate permission.
Orders
The products, descriptions, and prices shown on our website constitute an “invitation to treat”, consequently all orders are subject to acceptance and product availability.
Orders placed through our website, whether payment is made at the time of order or not, are subject to confirmation of acceptance by us. Up to the point of acceptance orders placed through our online ordering facility should not be interpreted as contractually binding on either party. Automated system acknowledgements of receipt of the order, confirmation of order, or receipt of payment, do not constitute acceptance of the order by us. Dispatch of your order at the prices shown on the website will in all cases constitute formal acceptance of the order by us in the absence of any other formal acceptance.
Our Contract
A legally binding contract between you and us will be formed when we dispatch your order. If your order is only partially dispatched, the contract will only apply to the goods dispatched. The products that have not been dispatched will not form part of our contract with you until they are dispatched.
Although we endeavour to ensure prices on our website are correct, we reserve the right to change prices without prior notice. In the event of any change e.g. in price or expected delivery date between completion of your order and dispatch, we shall inform you by e-mail and you shall at that point have the right to either (a) accept the change, in which case your reply will represent a new offer which we will accept upon dispatch, or (b) reject the change, in which case your reply will represent a withdrawal of your order, or the remaining part of your order.
Product Substitution
In the event of a product becoming unavailable, no alternative product will be substituted by us without your prior agreement. We shall inform you by e-mail of any suitable substitute product and you shall at that point have the right to either (a) accept the substitution, in which case your reply will represent a new offer which we will accept upon dispatch, or (b) reject the change, in which case your reply will represent a withdrawal of your order, or the remaining part of your order.
UK Delivery Times and Charges
We aim to dispatch all orders for photographic prints within three business days and mounted or framed prints within five business days, subject to cleared payment. If we are unable to meet these estimated delivery dates, we will contact you immediately to arrange an alternative date or a refund.
We will dispatch your order according to the following charges:
Standard UK delivery £6.00 per order for print orders, digital file transfer is free.
Carriage on orders for delivery outside the UK is by quotation. Please contact us before ordering.
Payment
Payment may be made through our website, using Paypal or by cheque. .
We can also accept payment by cheque or internet bank transfer upon request - please contact us for relevant bank details.
Orders paid for by cheque or transfer will not be dispatched until we receive confirmation of receipt of cleared funds.
Returns and Exchange Policy
Products may not be returned for refund other than in the case of a defect or damage in transit. This does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer, nor does it affect your statutory right to cancel.
Your Statutory Right to Cancel
You have the right to cancel the purchase of any item from the time it is ordered to within seven working days of delivery (starting the day after you receive the goods). This is a UK statutory right.
Should you exercise your statutory right to cancel the contract we will refund the price you have paid for the goods and standard delivery, but not an additional service provided by us, such as special packing or a special delivery service.
You are under a duty to take reasonable care of the goods, which means the goods must be unused and undamaged. If the item is not in the same condition as delivered, this may affect your statutory right to cancel.
How to cancel
To cancel an order, please send a request to cancel the order in writing, by either e-mail or post, stating the reasons for your cancellation of the order or return.
Please note that you will be responsible for the costs of returning the goods to us unless we delivered the item to you in error, or the item is faulty. If we do not receive the goods back from you, we may arrange for collection of the item from you and charge our cost of collection to you.
After cancellation of the order, we will refund the relevant part of the purchase price for that item to you as soon as possible after the return of the goods, and within a maximum period of 30 days from cancellation.
Warranty
All products are guaranteed for 12 months from the date of purchase. Should there be a fault with the product we will replace it free of charge and refund the postage you incurred up to a maximum of £10.00. Should the item returned be found in good condition we will return it to you post free but we will not refund your postage. We will not accept any labour or consequential loss claims.
Force majeure
We shall have no liability to you for any failure to deliver goods you have ordered or any delay in doing so or for any damage or defect to goods delivered that is caused by any event or circumstance beyond our reasonable control.
Your undertakings and warranties
You warrant that the information given on your order form is complete and accurate.
Limitation of Liability
Although we take every care to ensure accuracy, we make no warranties as to the accuracy of the information we place on our web pages. The extent of our liability for any breach of these terms and conditions shall be limited to the value of the goods ordered by you in the relevant transaction.
Invalidity of Terms and Condition
If for any reason part of these terms and conditions is unenforceable, the validity of the remaining terms and conditions shall not be affected.
Governing Law and Jurisdiction
Contracts between you and FotoFlite shall be governed by English Law and you and FotoFlite submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
